Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years experience in embedded software development
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming languages
- In-depth knowledge of the Linux kernel
- Experience with board bring-up on custom hardware
- Skilled in building and debugging Linux device drivers for ARM-based systems
- Familiarity with interfacing protocols such as SPI, I2C, PCIe, Ethernet, CAN, and UART
- Experience with real-time, safety-critical embedded environments
- Knowledge of preempt_rt and low-latency systems
- Ability to troubleshoot at the hardware/software interface
- Previous experience with sensor systems (cameras, lidars, radars) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain custom Linux-based systems for advanced embedded platforms
- Collaborate closely with hardware and sensor teams to ensure integration and functionality
- Conduct board bring-up activities on custom hardware platforms
- Create and debug Linux device drivers in C++ for ARM systems
- Support real-time requirements in safety-critical embedded settings
- Engage in troubleshooting and optimization at the hardware/software boundary
