Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in Information Technology
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-user support
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Windows desktop and laptop systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS
- Basic understanding of Office 365, Active Directory (AD), and remote assistance tools
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, and related peripherals for new hires and production areas
- Install and sustain security software across all networked workstations; utilize monitoring tools to ensure compliance with the latest security updates
- Address user support requests promptly, appropriately categorizing issues based on their scope and urgency
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for employee accounts and equipment
- Track and manage IT inventory using network monitoring tools
- Configure and maintain all peripheral devices such as printers, monitors, docking stations, and audio/visual equipment for conference rooms
