Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on backend systems (Python/TypeScript, Postgres, APIs/SDKs) and flexibility to work on frontend when necessary
- Knowledge of agent frameworks, automation tools, or AI-powered systems (LLM experience is a bonus)
- Proven track record of launching 0→1 products in a startup or fast-paced setting
- Strong written communication skills: PR descriptions, documentation, and Slack updates to maintain team alignment
- Passion for creating new tools, identifying operational inefficiencies, and automating repetitive tasks
- Commitment to enhancing usability for non-technical users (our patients and advocates)
Responsibilities
- Design and create intelligent agent systems that automate clinical and operational tasks (e.g., scheduling, documentation, compliance)
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs that work seamlessly with EHRs, licensing systems, insurance platforms, and internal tools
- Collaborate with product, clinical, and operations teams to convert real-world challenges into sophisticated technical solutions
- Implement monitoring, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure agents function safely and reliably
- Continuously improve agent performance by utilizing data, feedback loops, and iterative testing
- Participate in architectural decision-making and uphold engineering best practices as the company expands
