Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in scaling at least one 8-figure ecommerce brand ($10M+ annual revenue)
- Demonstrated ownership of full-funnel growth strategies across paid media, CRO, retention, and onsite optimization
- Direct experience in developing and implementing structured CRO roadmaps, including A/B testing frameworks and landing page refinement
- Experience in identifying and eliminating scaling constraints in acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Deep understanding of ecommerce contribution margin, LTV, CAC, MER, and profitability modeling
- Hands-on experience in analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into strategic initiatives
- Experience in optimizing discounting, bundling, and promotional strategies without diminishing margins
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams around performance objectives (without being a direct manager)
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic growth vision for Managed Services accounts
- Develop structured CRO roadmaps, ensuring testing prioritization and execution sequences
- Consult with high-profile clients on ecommerce strategy, CRO, marketing strategy, and performance metrics (Blended CAC, NC CAC, MER, ROAS)
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis on paid media, site performance, retention, and conversion metrics
- Identify scaling obstacles for brands and provide solutions
- Create and enhance discounting, bundling, and promotional strategies to maximize contribution margins
- Align cross-functional teams (PM, CRO, Design, Development, Marketing) around strategic goals
- Manage monthly data analysis, strategic planning, and quarterly business reviews
- Share performance successes, insights, and scalable frameworks across different accounts

We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $200,000 annually, with total compensation potential reaching $300,000 including commissions and bonuses.
