Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in compensation
- Proven background as an HR/compensation administrator or a related role
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and data management
- Foundational knowledge of compensation practices and job evaluations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of the compensation department inbox
- Maintain compensation data within the SuccessFactors system
- Conduct market research and assess job positions
- Provide input for salary surveys and participate in them
- Assist with the annual compensation cycle for merit, short-term incentives (STI), and long-term incentives (LTI)
- Address compensation inquiries from HR teams
- Execute key administrative tasks in SAP SuccessFactors ensuring the accuracy of data
- Offer support to the Compensation team and HR staff regarding compensation policies and programs
- Generate and analyze reports to facilitate compensation operations
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and company regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
- Support the compensation department with audits and preparation for proxy and compensation committees
- Aid in testing during the annual compensation cycle and assist with necessary system adjustments
