Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in SAP data migration projects
- Strong understanding of S4 HANA and its related workstreams
- Functional expertise in data objects and their components
- Excellent communication skills for running meetings with both business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and lead projects technically
- Knowledge of Enterprise level architecture
- Experience in customer engagement for design and development discussions
- Familiarity with best practices in product services and solutions
- Analytical skills to assess technical requirements and environments
- Understanding of standard change management processes in production settings
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the mapping and design transformation for legacy data to S4 HANA objects
- Facilitate meetings with business units and IT personnel to ensure alignment
- Lead teams covering the following areas: Portfolio and Program Management, Offer to Cash, Plan to Perform, Plan to Produce, Enterprise Health and Safety, Procure to Pay, Close to Report, and Acquire to Retire
- Work independently on project execution and technical leadership
- Assist in everyday operations related to customer discussions and development
- Suggest optimal solutions based on research of new products and services
- Collaborate with customers and internal/external resources on product strategy and optimization
- Take a leading role in executing assigned projects
- Analyze technical requirements and environments thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with change management standards when implementing technical changes
