Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in implementing FSM module features such as Work Order Management, Dispatcher Workspace, Dynamic Scheduling, Planned Maintenance, Inventory Management, and Field Agent Mobile App
- Strong knowledge of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro
- Familiarity with HRSD industry use cases, including utilities, telecom, and healthcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist FSM
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate requirements workshops regarding FSM module features
- Document configuration requirements and user stories within the Agile Development module of ServiceNow
- Review data templates provided by customer stakeholders and assist them in data collection
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Developers and QA Consultants to ensure adherence to the Statement of Work during development and testing phases
- Conduct functional testing on the non-production instance prior to QA Consultant involvement
- Review and validate design and functional requirements specification (FRS) deliverables
- Provide training sessions for customer SMEs on the features of ServiceNow FSM Module
- Offer insights to the Project Manager regarding activities, risks, issues, and potential solutions
- Demonstrate and ensure the system meets functional and technical specifications based on agreed configurations
- Document scope deviation requests and present these to the Project Manager for discussion in the Steering Committee
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customer stakeholders and manage test case execution with UAT testers
- Record and collaborate on defect resolution during UAT with the Technical Consultant
