Requirements
Must:
- IT security analyst with a background in managing or provisioning user IDs and implementing user ID management policies and standards.
- Ability to conduct meetings with policy makers, application owners, and subject matter experts concerning Truist ID management tools.
- Strong communication skills for explaining password management requirements.
- Experience with SAP application user management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CyberArk for automated password management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and document SAP shared and service accounts.
- Develop methodologies for password rotation.
- Test the functionality of vaulting systems.
- Secure credentials in CyberArk alongside IT security measures.
- Confirm password rotation processes.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align on requirements.
- Create comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure that ID and password management practices conform to Truist policies and standards.
- Assist in driving process enhancements and facilitating training sessions.
