Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Alternatively, three years of relevant experience can substitute for each missing year of education
- Over 5 years of experience in Information Technology
- Minimum 4 years in the software development life cycle
- At least 3 years of experience in application development for MacOS using SwiftUI
- A minimum of 2 years in application development for iOS using SwiftUI
- At least 2 years involved in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- A minimum of 2 years in design and architecture reviews
- Experience in production support is preferred
- Background in leading an offshore team is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in optimizing code for performance
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies/SCRUM
- Ability to collaborate in a diverse and multi-stakeholder environment
- Interest in working in a global delivery setting
Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications for MacOS and iOS using SwiftUI
- Participate in the software development life cycle from initiation to delivery
- Conduct design and architecture reviews to ensure quality and performance
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Provide ongoing support for applications in production
- Lead and mentor team members, especially in offshore locations
- Optimize existing code to enhance performance and efficiency
- Engage in Agile processes and methodologies to ensure smooth workflow
- Document processes and maintain clear communication with all relevant parties
