Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of a graduate degree, MBA in IT/Operations preferred
- 8-10 years of project management experience in IT
- ITIL or ITSM certifications are advantageous
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience with Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, Summit, Cherwell, BMC Remedy, HPSM, or equivalent industry-standard ITSM tools (ServiceNow or Summit preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage comprehensive ITSM programs comprising multiple projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project needs and strategize accordingly
- Drive decisions during implementation and governance phases
- Manage multiple high-impact projects, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction
- Handle financial aspects such as estimation, budgeting, and earned value analysis
- Maintain clear communication with business partners, presenting metrics and managing conflicts
- Track quality metrics, burn down charts, and status reports at the portfolio level
- Manage internal and external project dependencies while ensuring timely reporting
- Create and monitor plans to fulfill program goals, including technical implementation
- Oversee scope management, quality assurance, and the management of risks and issues
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans ensuring successful delivery of all solutions
