Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 15+ years of overall experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine and LCNC application development
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to guide senior IT and business leadership
- Aptitude for collaborative teamwork
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and upkeep of the ServiceNow App Engine platform to ensure excellent performance and dependability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, efficient LCNC applications using ServiceNow
- Lead the development and deployment of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Design and execute integrations with other systems to enhance application functionality and user experience
- Establish and implement quality assurance processes for delivering high-quality applications
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all architectural designs, processes, and procedures
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular project updates
- Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to promote innovation and continuous improvement
