Senior Java Microservices Developer - Austin

- Bachelors degree or an equivalent foreign qualification from an accredited institution. - Alternatively, we will consider three years of progressive experience in the field for each year of education not completed. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Information Technology. - Proficient in advanced Java/J2EE technologies and Reactive Programming. - Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining web applications. - Familiarity with software product development, especially in creating modern and scalable web solutions. - Extensive knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies, particularly Spring frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA, and Hibernate. - Practical experience in designing, building, and integrating microservices with REST APIs and asynchronous messaging systems (e.g., Kafka). - Deep understanding of Spring frameworks and Reactive Programming using Spring WebFlux. - Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (like Oracle and MongoDB). - Strong familiarity with CI/CD practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to collaborate efficiently across various business and technical teams. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn new technologies. - A passionate team player and a quick learner.
