Requirements
Must:
- A bachelors degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of relevant experience in lieu of each year of education.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Proficiency in advanced Java/J2EE technologies and Reactive Programming.
- At least 3 years experience in web development, especially in a software product development environment creating scalable web applications.
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies, especially Spring frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Practical experience in designing, building, and integrating microservices using REST APIs and asynchronous messaging such as Kafka.
- In-depth understanding of Spring Frameworks and Reactive Programming through Spring WebFlux.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle/MongoDB).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across various technical and business teams.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Capability to self-learn new technologies independently.
- Enthusiastic team player with a quick learning aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Java microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by troubleshooting and optimizing code.
- Integrate various components and services with a focus on scalability and security.
- Contribute to the development of RESTful APIs and utilize asynchronous messaging as appropriate.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and share knowledge with team members.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose new solutions to enhance our systems.
- Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of software components.
