Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Over 15 years of practical experience with SAP solutions, focusing on MM, EWM, and PP modules.
- At least 7 years in the pharmaceutical sector, with a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing workflows.
- Proven skills in SAP S/4HANA setup and tailoring.
- Extensive experience in ABAP development, including coding, debugging, and performance enhancement.
- Deep familiarity with RF capabilities within SAP EWM and their use in warehouse management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP flexible workflows for automating purchase requisition, purchase order, and invoice processes.
- Strong knowledge of GxP standards and regulatory criteria in the pharmaceutical field.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with business users, gather requirements, and offer end-user assistance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to function under pressure in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Willingness to be onsite full-time at our Morrisville, NC manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with production teams, warehouse personnel, and IT staff in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Utilize your expertise to configure and customize SAP S/4HANA, focusing on MM, EWM, and PP modules.
- Guide the integration of SAP modules with third-party systems in a manufacturing framework.
- Engage with business users to identify requirements and deliver effective end-user support.
- Develop and optimize ABAP code for various functionalities and ensure optimum system performance.
- Implement and manage SAP flexible workflows to streamline purchase requisition, purchase order, and invoice processes.
- Maintain compliance with GxP standards and regulatory requirements in all operational activities.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on SAP functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising in SAP applications promptly.
- Facilitate communication across functional teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
