Lead Java AI Engineer

- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in a relevant field from an accredited institution - Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may suffice for one year of education - A minimum of 6 years in Information Technology - Proficiency in Java/J2EE development - At least 3 years of experience in Java/J2EE development preferred - At least 3 years in SQL/NoSQL database management - Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA, and Hibernate - Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn - Experience in integrating AI APIs like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Google Vertex AI - Familiarity with designing and integrating microservices using REST APIs and asynchronous messaging (Kafka) - Good understanding of CI/CD processes - Awareness of Generative AI technologies, including LLM integration and prompt engineering - Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns - Basic knowledge of Python for interacting with ML models or API wrapping - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Exposure to technologies like LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architecture, or vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS) - Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including training, testing, and deployment - Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) - Contributions to AI-oriented open-source projects or participation in hackathons - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Capability to independently learn new technologies - Enthusiastic team player with a strong desire to learn quickly
