Requirements
Must:
- 5-8 years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong expertise in core Java concepts, Collections, multi-threading, and advanced features like Lambda/Streams
- Proficient in the Spring framework (Spring Boot, MVC)
- Skilled in JavaScript, Angular, and Apache Kafka
- Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle databases
- Solid grasp of object-oriented design principles and Agile methodologies
- Familiar with Jenkins, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of DevOps practices
- Experience with code repository platforms such as Git, Bitbucket, and GitHub
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work independently as part of a team
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust Java applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and performance
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed
- Work with CI/CD tools to streamline development processes
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
- Stay current with industry trends to suggest new technologies
- Document technical specifications and code changes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
