Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline
- Over 5 years of experience in Python and Shell scripting
- More than 5 years of expertise in Enterprise Architecture and/or Platform Architecture within the financial services sector
- At least 5 years of practical experience with AWS Cloud services such as EC2, S3, EKS, RDS, ECR, CloudFormation Templates (CFT), IAM, KMS, Lambda, SNS, and SQS
- Over 5 years of experience in solution design, data architecture, and overall architecture for extensive enterprise systems
- Strong work ethic with accountability for project outcomes
- Technically adept with substantial hands-on experience in relevant tools and technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a strong passion for problem-solving
- Open-minded and willing to learn and adopt new technologies in a fast-paced setting
- Versatile and ready to embrace various tasks to drive innovation and progress
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive DevOps CI/CD processes and methodologies
- Oversee and deploy containerized applications utilizing Kubernetes and Docker
- Employ Spinnaker for continuous delivery and deployment workflows
- Create and manage scripts in Python and Shell for automation and development tasks
- Set up and enhance Jenkins pipelines using Groovy scripting
- Implement and manage code quality tools like SonarQube
- Administer Atlassian tools including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain system reliability and uptime
- Utilize AWS services such as CloudFormation Templates, S3, EC2, EKS, and others for cloud-based solutions
- Work collaboratively with business and technology teams to deliver user-friendly features using Agile methodologies
