Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years in Information Technology
- Proficient with technologies such as GCP, data engineering data flow/airflow, Pub/Sub/Kafka, DataProc/Hadoop, and BigQuery
- Extensive ETL development experience with a strong SQL foundation, including skills in Python/R, Scala, Java, Hive, Spark, and Kafka
- Solid expertise in Python program development for creating reusable frameworks and enhancing existing ones
- Proven experience in the full implementation cycle of data warehouses and data marts
- In-depth knowledge and practical skills in Python and SQL
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline management using Terraform within Git
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data engineering solutions using Google Cloud Platform
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability
- Create and enhance data models and frameworks to improve data processing efficiency
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both Business and Technology stakeholders
- Participate in Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide support and guidance in the management of data lineage and data governance
