Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Over 5 years of substantial hands-on experience in SAP ECC FI/CO, particularly in Costing and Controlling
- In-depth knowledge of Product Costing (Standard / Actual Costing)
- Proficient in Cost Center Accounting and FI CO integration and reconciliation
- Experience in supporting financial closing processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Optional: SAP FI/CO certification
- Optional: Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or supply chain sectors
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and enhance SAP ECC Controlling (CO) modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis
- Manage standard and actual costing, cost estimates, overhead assessments, and variance analysis
- Ensure accurate financial integration and validation of cost flows
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing tasks related to costing and controlling
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to collect and document business requirements
- Transform business needs into functional designs and configuration solutions
- Identify process discrepancies and suggest best practice enhancements in SAP ECC
- Assist with audits, compliance checks, and internal controls concerning costing
- Facilitate integration between FI, CO, MM, PP, and SD modules
- Work alongside ABAP and technical teams to develop reports, enhancements, and resolve data issues
- Provide production support, troubleshoot problems, and conduct root cause analyses
- Prepare and conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Develop functional documentation, process charts, and configuration outlines
- Offer training to end-users and support post-deployment issues
