Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in EPM/PCM, encompassing administration, design, analysis, development, and support for diverse EPM and PCM products.
- Extensive expertise in PCM modules, particularly in PCM Management Ledger and Transfer Pricing.
- Proven experience in Requirement Gathering and Solution Design for PCM.
- Ability to create and maintain EPCM business rules, models, and custom MDX allocation scripts
- Skilled in building forms and reports.
- Competence in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle PCM/EPCM applications.
- Strong data management skills for developing data load rules, mappings, and loading processes.
- Functional knowledge of Chart of Accounts and allocation processes.
- Ability to work independently to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as other collaboration tools.
- Willingness to embrace new technologies.
- Excellent experience in Oracle EPM applications.
- Prior experience with Finance modules is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Availability Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic with trustworthiness and self-confidence.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Engage with end-users to understand their needs and provide tailored technical support for Oracle PCM/EPCM applications.
- Create and manage EPCM business rules and models, ensuring alignment with segment allocation and tax transfer pricing processes.
- Develop custom MDX allocation scripts to enhance system functionality.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and contribute to solution design for PCM initiatives.
- Design and build forms and reports that meet user requirements.
- Establish data load rules and mappings to facilitate efficient data management.
- Continuously troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to ensure optimal application performance.
- Collaborate with the team to adopt and implement new technologies and methodologies.
- Maintain compliance with business objectives and organizational structure.
