Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar position
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN network setups
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing Windows hardware and software; experience with Apple hardware and macOS is preferred
- Strong understanding of internet security protocols and data privacy principles
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities
- Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert & Endpoint Administrator Associate, MCSA, MCSE) are a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix computers, networks, and other related devices
- Install and configure software and drivers, as well as set up hardware
- Manage security settings and applications on computers and networks to ensure privacy and protection from threats
- Conduct regular upgrades to keep systems updated
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions and implement solutions to restore normal operations
- Schedule maintenance sessions to identify and address inefficiencies
- Document repairs and solutions for future reference

We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team in Evergreen, Colorado. At Automation Concepts Company, we deliver exceptional IT services both on-site and remotely to our clients in the Denver metro area and throughout the Rocky Mountains. This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time employment, with part-time candidates encouraged to apply if they can work 3 or more days a week. We offer a competitive pay range of $20.00 - $29.00 per hour, along with benefits such as employee discounts, health insurance, paid time off, and support for professional development.
