Requirements
Must:
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal

- Proven customer service skills, demonstrating courtesy, professionalism, and patience

- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office products
- Capacity to thrive in a collaborative support team environment
- Previous experience in banking or the financial sector is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- An Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred but not essential
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, including occasional on-site workstation setup or customer visits
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to customers by handling incoming support calls and resolving server-related inquiries promptly and professionally
- Accurately diagnose, document, and troubleshoot networking challenges reported by users of hosted ASI/ABS software, as well as set up and configure workstations, printers, and scanners
- Research and offer solutions or guide customers on proper system usage through phone, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems
- Maintain precise and timely records of customer interactions and case resolutions using internal support tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution
- Log into remote servers and utilize system tools to shadow customer sessions for improved troubleshooting
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to uphold high standards of service excellence
- Stay updated on ASI/ABS server configurations, updates, and best practices through continuous learning
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management

This salaried position requires on-site work from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts possible.
