Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience with front-end technologies
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure
- Excellent documentation skills for Project Deliverables
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and present technical information
- Experience overseeing development teams and vendors
- Strong collaboration skills with Business Analysts and Project Managers
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions for the call center and mail room
- Ensure the accuracy of technical documentation for project deliverables
- Represent the Unified Operations Center (UOC) in various meetings with stakeholders
- Manage the activities of developers and vendors to ensure project objectives are met
- Provide support and guidance to Business Analysts and Project Managers as needed
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the UOC and AHCA
