Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in product management, including at least 4 years in platform or growth/experimentation products
- Proven experience in creating self-service platforms or tools that empower business users (e.g., marketing automation, analytics, content management)
- Strong knowledge of experimentation frameworks, personalization, and A/B testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools like LaunchDarkly, Adobe Target, and Optimizely
- Practical experience with generative AI (LLMs), agentic chat frameworks, or AI orchestration tools
- Familiarity with data and analytics platforms, APIs, and martech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Experimentation Platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer experience outcomes
- Develop and enhance a self-service platform for marketers that allows non-technical users to independently launch, manage, and measure campaigns
- Promote large-scale experimentation by creating tools and processes that allow teams to test hypotheses and optimize experiences swiftly and effectively
- Convert business requirements into AI-driven product solutions that simplify workflows for marketers, product teams, and business users
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver impactful features that balance user-friendliness and technical excellence
- Assess success metrics through user adoption, marketer productivity, platform reliability, and business outcomes (such as conversion rates, engagement, and personalization impact)
- Influence the future of how marketing teams experiment, personalize, and deliver experiences
- Operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that offers opportunities for significant impact
- Lead a product area critical for driving growth, customer engagement, and platform innovation
