Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance internal systems to improve team productivity.
- Oversee the Company Knowledge Base RAG for team utilization.
- Handle Affiliate Program campaigns, ensuring automated submission tracking and payments.
- Streamline the sales process through effective social media lead generation and call booking.
- Optimize customer support ticket management and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) tracking.
- Conduct automated call analyses to glean insights.
- Create and maintain internal dashboards for performance tracking.
- Implement logic-based ticket creation in HubSpot for efficient workflow management.
Description

This full-time position reports directly to our CEO and offers an annual salary of $140K plus performance-based bonuses.
