Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing production software with solid engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration, LLM APIs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Full-stack or backend proficiency with modern technology stacks, including React, Golang, Python, GraphQL, and AWS.
- Strong skills in Python for AI/ML workflows, including model integration, data pipelines, or ML tooling.
- A proven history of efficiently delivering code and quickly iterating based on user input.
- A self-motivated approach to your work, thriving when managing your own projects and details.
- A preference for focusing on productive tasks over meetings, with a passion for building and delivering code.
- Good self-awareness regarding your strengths and areas for improvement, leveraging your skills effectively.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a degree of uncertainty.
Responsibilities
- Develop the next generation of AI features for AutoAssist, overseeing the entire process from idea to production.
- Create the AI infrastructure that drives AutoAssist's functionalities, including prompt execution engines, search systems, and orchestration layers.
- Enhance LLM observability by designing and implementing evaluation systems (both online and offline), scorers, and monitoring frameworks to prepare AutoAssist's AI for its next phase of growth.
- Improve the quality and efficiency of AI features through systematic testing, optimization, and practical iteration.
- Design AI-native workflows incorporating intelligent automation and multi-agent collaboration.
- Integrate complex AI systems such as LLM APIs, vector databases, embedding pipelines, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Develop analytics and intelligence layers to extract insights from data produced by AI.
