Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline
- At least 5 years of practical experience in Salesforce development within enterprise environments
- Comprehensive knowledge of:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura components
- APEX programming (classes, triggers, batch/queueable jobs)
- Salesforce Service Cloud customization and configuration
- Field Service Lightning implementation including service territories and mobile app development
- Integration frameworks such as REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture
- Modern Salesforce DevOps tools including SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong grasp of Salesforce security/sharing model and data modeling, including SOQL/SOSL
- Demonstrated success in delivering Salesforce solutions and collaborating across teams
Responsibilities
- Design and develop effective Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and APEX, adhering to best practices for performance and scalability.
- Drive development initiatives for Agentforce, focusing on AI agents and smart automation within agent and field operations.
- Configure and enhance Service Cloud functionalities for call center operations, including omni-channel routing and custom automation.
- Implement workflows in Field Service Lightning for enhanced emergency roadside operations.
- Connect Salesforce with external systems and platforms using APIs, Platform Events, and middleware to manage data flows seamlessly.
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, creating documentation and deploying solutions with modern DevOps methods.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and security while mentoring less experienced developers.
- Stay updated with Salesforce innovations and recommend platform enhancements and improvements.
