Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of practical experience in delivering Salesforce solutions, with a minimum of 3 years in an architectural or leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, focusing on case management, routing, knowledge sharing, and sales workflows.
- Proven experience in designing and executing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns).
- Hands-on experience with at least one major contact center platform integrated with Salesforce; Genesys experience is highly preferred.
- Established track record in sophisticated data modeling, designing sharing/security models, and optimizing performance on Salesforce.
- Strong competencies in gathering requirements, outlining user stories, and communicating potential solutions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and documentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts for non-technical individuals.
Responsibilities
- Direct the overarching Salesforce solution architecture within Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and technology frameworks.
- Design and oversee the integration processes between Salesforce and Guidewire to facilitate seamless front-office and back-office operations.
- Architect and enhance Salesforce-Genesys integrations to provide omnichannel contact center experiences (both voice and digital).
- Convert business needs into thoroughly designed solutions, including data models, interaction flows, configurations, and necessary custom developments.
- Establish and uphold Salesforce best practices, standards, and guidelines related to security, data quality, performance, and resource reusability.
- Offer technical guidance to internal teams and partners; review designs, conduct code/configuration assessments, and mentor admins and developers.
- Manage the Salesforce technical roadmap for specific domains, including the evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce features such as AI, automation, and digital engagement.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure that solutions adhere to architectural, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in release planning and deployment strategies, including CI/CD, environment management, and testing methodologies.
