Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems
- Fundamental knowledge of PC assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of IP networking and network diagnostics
- Familiarity with Apple hardware and operating systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Domains is preferable
- Reliable transportation for travel to multiple job sites daily
- Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical individuals
- Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
- Adaptability and ingenuity in addressing IT challenges
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks independently
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of issues related to servers, desktops, laptops, monitors, televisions, phones, security cameras, printers, fax machines, and small networks
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with the team
- Organize and manage support tickets efficiently
- Collaborate with various software vendors for troubleshooting their products
- Document all daily activities and resolutions meticulously
