Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of experience in Information Technology Systems with a focus on Office 365 administration and Box administration
- Experience interacting with vendors and contractors
- Strong knowledge of hybrid and cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Box
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and Azure AD
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for Office 365 solutions
- Maintain user authentication systems in both cloud (Azure) and on-premises (Active Directory)
- Monitor, install, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and maintain Office 365 components (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Directory Sync) and Box
- Propose and implement automation enhancements and process improvements
- Lead initiatives and oversee project results
- Train and serve as a technical resource for Systems Engineers
- Perform additional duties as assigned
