Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience as a Full Stack Engineer, particularly with consumer-oriented mobile and web applications.
- Proven track record of collaborating with product leaders to impact product and architectural strategies.
- Strong proficiency in React Native and NestJS or similar frameworks.
- Skilled in building and managing GraphQL APIs for effective data retrieval.
- Solid understanding of AWS hosting services.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases.
- Demonstrated expertise in system architecture and API design for optimal integration.
- Experience in creating and implementing scalable backend systems.
- Background in developing and optimizing intricate data models, pipelines, and integrations, with a proactive outlook towards enabling AI-driven functionalities.
- A strong sense of ownership and a desire to manage technical roadmaps while addressing ambiguous challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product designers and managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside a detail-oriented and strategic perspective.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and upkeep of Auggies mobile and web applications.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to influence product structure, design, and roadmap.
- Define and manage essential engineering processes, such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and environment oversight.
- Engage cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and other teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver new features.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and application responsiveness.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in both production and non-production settings.
