Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in software development or working with REST API-based services and managing full application stacks from the OS to custom applications
- Over 5 years of experience in developing large-scale, multi-tier distributed software systems
- Familiarity with AWS technologies
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in leading engineering teams as a mentor or technical lead is preferred
- Ability to facilitate engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy
- Experience collaborating effectively across various teams and engaging with individuals at all organizational levels
- Proven experience in leading the development of complex software or computing infrastructure successfully delivered to customers
- Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects through prioritization, planning, and task delegation
- Experience in delivering testing frameworks, tools, and leading QA initiatives
- History of launching customer-centric software products at scale within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Proficiency in machine learning and related engineering fields
- Full stack capability including Java, NoSQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Node.js
