- Proven experience as a Remote Services IT Technician or in a similar role.
- Experience with Windows Server 2008 through Server 2022, Active Directory, and related applications.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V is preferred.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of various computer systems and networks.
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, VMware, Cisco, HP, WatchGuard) are a plus.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Level 3 IT Service Technician to oversee our clients networks and address any infrastructure challenges, including virtual and cloud systems. Your tasks will include:
- Proactively monitoring client networks, servers, workstations, and overall network infrastructure.
- Maintaining server setups, virtual networks, cloud computers, PCs, and peripheral devices like printers and scanners.
- Managing, troubleshooting, and configuring switches, access points, routers, firewalls, and other network components.
- Installing and configuring relevant software according to specifications.
- Developing and maintaining both local and remote networks to enhance performance.
- Ensuring the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Providing exceptional customer support and service to users.
- Coordinating and scheduling upgrades and maintenance while allowing other teams to continue their workflow.
- Diagnosing and fixing problems through troubleshooting efforts.
- Keeping detailed records and logs of maintenance tasks and solutions.
- Identifying equipment that requires replacement, upgrades, or decommissioning.
- Maintaining managed services infrastructure and monitoring tools.
- Generating reports for client sites and suggesting improvements for their IT environments.
