Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical support experience, preferably at Tier 2 or above
- Proven experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment for at least 3 years
- In-depth understanding of TCP/IP networking and associated protocols
- Proficient with Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2016+
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Office 365
- Experience configuring and providing support for firewalls, routers, and VPN solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills, adept at time management and documentation practices
- Technical certifications such as MD-102, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900), CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ are preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, resolve, or escalate technical issues throughout client environments
- Oversee service requests from initiation to completion via our ticketing system
- Conduct both scheduled and on-demand onsite service visits
- Implement approved technology solutions hands-on
- Work closely with project and service delivery teams during deployments and transitions
- Offer continued support to clients post-deployment, including next-day assistance
- Install, set up, and test workstations, servers, and relevant peripherals
- Troubleshoot infrastructure components such as networking and security devices
- Maintain thorough documentation and records of client environments

You will have the autonomy to make informed technical decisions and will be responsible for seeing issues through from initial reports to resolution.
