Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of practical IT support or systems administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (including Teams and SharePoint), Excel, and Crystal Reports
- Familiar with user and device management, basic networking, and enterprise software environments
- Knowledge of Soft-Pak or Navusoft is advantageous
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and accountability
- Ability to work collaboratively with external IT vendors and adhere to escalation procedures
- Experience in report generation using Crystal Reports and Excel
- Practical skills in extracting, validating, transforming, and importing data within enterprise systems
- Comfortable handling structured data and reconciling outcomes post-system imports
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main internal contact for IT support across all our locations in California, Utah, and Arizona
- Provide hands-on assistance for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Liaise with the managed service provider (MSP) regarding help desk tickets, troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 support
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and access issues when the MSP is unavailable
- Maintain precise documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and data processes, sharing relevant information with internal leadership and the MSP
- Administer and support business systems like Soft-Pak, Navusoft, Crystal Reports, and call center platforms (RingCentral and Max)
- Collaborate with the MSP on Microsoft 365 administration, ensuring access and workflow needs are fulfilled
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requirements, assisting with onboarding and offboarding in cooperation with HR and the MSP
- Support the setup of new entities, locations, or operational systems, including data preparation and system configuration
- Act as the daily liaison with the third-party IT service provider, tracking support tickets and ensuring prompt issue resolutions
- Handle system upgrades, maintenance, and project coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Design, develop, and maintain operational and financial reports using Crystal Reports, Excel, or additional software as required
- Extract, validate, transform, and import data from enterprise systems to facilitate reporting and operational decision-making
- Assist in enforcing IT security protocols, access controls, and device standards, monitoring security issues for the MSP and management
- Support data backups, disaster recovery strategies, and business continuity planning in collaboration with vendors
- Communicate effectively and professionally with employees regarding IT concerns, outages, and system changes, providing practical advice for non-technical users
