Requirements

Must:
- High School Diploma - Preferably an Associates degree (military equivalent may substitute) - 1-3 years of relevant experience in a technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum, ideally with customer-facing duties - Strong customer orientation to ensure solutions meet client expectations and timelines while aligning with our strategies and processes - Self-motivated, capable of understanding and resolving problems related to job responsibilities, escalating when necessary - Actively seeks customer feedback and inquiries to grasp their business needs - Ability to share technical expertise and mentor less experienced colleagues - Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve company goals - Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards for organizational safety and health - Fluent in written and spoken English, with clear communication skills - Proficient in using software to log data and generate reports - Able to comprehend and interpret technical documentation such as drawings
