Requirements
Must:
- STEM degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing, or software-related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing (or early-career with strong relevant education).
- Proficient in configuring low-code applications and implementing technologies like Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to independently use diagnostics, knowledge bases, and tools to resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to foster relationships and provide effective training to customers and internal teams.
- Capable of working independently, managing time efficiently, and maintaining professionalism in field environments.
- Willingness to work outside standard business hours and frequently travel across the U.S. and Canada (with occasional travel to Mexico).
Responsibilities
- Install and configure critical solutions, including Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
- Diagnose and implement corrective measures across supported hardware and software systems.
- Provide training to customers and internal teams to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and repairs on Chicago Pneumatic and Desoutter tools and equipment.
- Maintain thorough documentation of daily work utilizing company systems while following safety and quality standards.
