Must:

- Relevant previous experience in a related major corresponding to the internship focus.
- Strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge about vacuum technologies in a professional and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate within a local team to support various projects in Failure Analysis.
- Set up Failure Analysis test stations.
- Collaborate with Failure Analysis Engineers to conduct root cause analysis by examining data and observations from multiple sources, including failure identification material and test reports.
- Engage in advanced problem-solving and detailed analysis to comprehend failure modes, utilizing escalation processes for intricate investigations.
- Monitor and report potential new types of failure modes and process issues, providing evidence to enhance the longevity of vacuum pumps.
- Prepare precise and high-quality failure analysis reports for all products returned to the Service Technology Centre, obtaining necessary approvals for timely customer release.
- Accurately document failures in the Failure Analysis Reporting system and internal databases.
- Work with regional Failure Analysis and technical teams to improve root cause identification and facilitate the introduction of corrective actions.
