Requirements

Must:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Communications, or a related field. - Relevant sales experience in territory growth, account management, or business development, demonstrating consistent KPIs. - Strong technical knowledge for effective customer engagement. - Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region for sales meetings and client interactions, including some overnight trips as needed. - Excellent presentation skills and experience in product demonstrations is preferred. - Proven success in selling software solutions across diverse customer segments. - Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

- Ensure customers achieve desired outcomes by maximizing value from our Software Maintenance portfolio (TechCover). - Cultivate strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and advocacy. - Anticipate potential risks and formulate solutions before they escalate. - Oversee the onboarding and implementation processes, acting as the main point of contact during TechCover launches. - Conduct regular performance reviews and check-ins to optimize outcomes. - Minimize customer churn by enhancing satisfaction and demonstrating continuous value. - Identify and promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to foster growth. - Analyze software usage data to determine trends and inform strategic decisions. - Provide support to MVI and GIN teams through training, materials, and presentations. - Advocate for software services strategy with clear value propositions and ROI-driven selling. - Contribute to the enhancement of solution offerings to maximize customer benefits. - Build and maintain strong internal partnerships to boost collaboration and joint success. - Develop and monitor KPIs to illustrate the value delivered by our software services.
