Conversion onsite service engineer

- High School Diploma required, AS degree preferred (military equivalent may substitute for AS degree). - 1-3 years of relevant experience in a technical field (electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum) with customer-facing experience preferred. - Strong customer orientation to ensure solutions meet expectations and timelines in line with company strategies. - Self-motivated with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to job responsibilities and escalate as needed. - Actively seeks customer feedback to understand their business needs. - Capable of sharing technical knowledge and coaching less experienced team members. - Collaborates effectively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals. - Adheres to all applicable laws, policies, and standards for safety and health obligations. - Proficient in written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly. - Competent in using software for data entry and report writing. - Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation, including drawings.
