Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence Systems, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong interest in AI, automation, and digital tools; ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills: capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions; proficient in documentation writing.
- Highly organized and self-driven; capable of handling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
- Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise Solutions, Copilot Studio, AWS, Azure, or concepts related to solution architecture (including stack development, requirements, integrations, data flows, and security).

Responsibilities
- Design and architect solutions: Analyze current workflows, outline future state designs, specify integrations and data flows, establish guardrails, and define measurable metrics for success.
- Rapidly prototype and pilot: Develop proof-of-concept projects and small-scale pilots; conduct tests, assess results, refine outcomes, and document findings.
- Construct the solution stack: Recommend and refine a suitable toolchain for each scenario, considering speed and value along with governance and security.
- Streamline operations: Identify repetitive tasks and create automated processes to alleviate administrative workload and enhance cycle efficiency.
- Foster adoption: Develop reusable templates, prompts, playbooks, and concise guides; assist teams in leveraging new solutions through demos and office hours.
- Ensure documentation for scalability: Create clear and audit-friendly records including process maps, architectural diagrams, decision logs, and playbooks.
- Innovate: Enjoy the freedom to suggest and explore ambitious projects aligned with personal passions and skills.
