Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee technical teams on various multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and project control teams to enhance change management processes
- Assist in crafting the budget and timeline for projects alongside the Project Manager
- Contribute to proposal development by coordinating with technical teams to outline project scope, hours, and technical proposal content
- Engage in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors pertaining to technical delivery
- Monitor compliance with project contract terms, ensuring subcontractors meet their technical obligations
- Draft project work plans and scopes, collaborating with the Project Manager to communicate schedules and budgets to team members
- Track project status and financials to ensure accurate manhour reporting and to update senior management on progress
- Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation and schedules to maintain alignment with objectives
