Requirements
Must:
- 12-14 years of experience in software engineering
- Proven track record of building and deploying scalable applications using contemporary cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, ECS, AWS Service Catalog)
- Proficiency in modern object-oriented programming languages such as C#, C++, Perl, Java, Python, and JavaScript/React
- Experience in automating the provisioning of distributed services on public or on-premises cloud platforms
- Extensive database expertise in both RDBMS and No-SQL
- Knowledge of scalable cloud architectures and their practical applications
- Familiarity with AI, ML, or LLM/Agentic frameworks is advantageous
- Understanding of workflow and rule engines (DMN) is beneficial
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies preferred
- Knowledge of health interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, ANSI) and various healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, CDS) is a plus
- Experience in leading diverse teams across different locations, able to navigate challenging discussions while maintaining strong relationships
- Highly focused on achieving goals and capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop precise and clear technical design specifications
- Identify and address complex technical challenges
- Create prototypes and proof of concepts to showcase new technologies and methodologies
- Model exemplary coding practices; produce high-quality code for essential components of the product and/or platform, emphasizing quality standards, performance, and scalability
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication, while mentoring junior team members
