Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on product development
- Proven skills in developing products that integrate with AI and GenAI technologies
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases, plus familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Comprehensive experience with AI frameworks and APIs, including OpenAI GPT and Hugging Face Transformers
- Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts and LLM prompt engineering
- Knowledge of vector similarity search using Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB
- Solid grasp of Unix/Linux environments, big data pipelines, and CI/CD practices in an Agile context
- Ability to design, implement, and enhance AI model APIs and workflows with a focus on scalability and security
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative mindset in fast-paced settings
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver backend services in Java integrated with AI-powered elements using technologies like OpenAI and Azure OpenAI
- Construct and maintain scalable Java applications utilizing Spring Boot and REST APIs
- Ensure seamless integration with AI microservices and RAG models through relational and NoSQL databases
- Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate vector databases and AI retrieval pipelines into our enterprise solutions
- Develop and optimize LLM prompt engineering solutions and AI-enhanced workflows specific to healthcare challenges in RCM
- Estimate development efforts by evaluating AI model inference latency and performance requirements
- Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and comprehensive code reviews to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Adhere to ethical AI practices and security compliance, and incorporate AI model evaluation methods into the development process
