Requirements
Must:
- 0-2 years of experience in technical support, operations, customer service, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Basic understanding of healthcare or health IT is advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and product capabilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, such as HL7 or FHIR, APIs, SQL, data management, and platform services is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying details clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven skills in root cause analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enact solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail in documentation and process management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot customer issues using Salesforce, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Create JIRA tickets for product teams to enable deeper technical troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
- Follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth business operations.
- Create, update, and revise process documentation to reflect current practices and improvements.
- Collaborate with internal partners to devise solutions and effectively resolve issues.
- Continuously acquire knowledge on new technologies and product features to enhance service delivery and support.
- Actively represent the voice of the customers, anticipating challenges and evaluating workflow practicality.

Our Partnership Solutions team within Platform Operations serves as the main operational channel for all third-party collaborations utilizing athenahealth’s platform technologies. We are responsible for frontline support and coordination for integrations involving HL7 connections, APIs, Data View, and other crucial platform services. We act as the essential operational link between our platform clients, external partners, and internal product teams to assure smooth issue resolution, product enablement, and successful partnerships.
