Requirements
Must:
- 6 years of extensive experience in software engineering and computer science.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
- Proven track record in an Agile environment at the enterprise level.
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, with experience in modern UI frameworks considered a plus.
- Practical experience with Java-based technologies, React Native APIs, ReactJS, JavaScript or ECMAScript (OOJS), and JSX.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux, SQL, RESTful API, AWS, and various technologies, with a preference for experience in developing decoupled applications.
- Prior experience with frameworks and technologies such as Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, AWS EC2, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Terraform.
- Basic understanding of Perl is advantageous.

- Create precise and clear technical design specifications with appropriate details.
- Lead the design and development processes within an agile team, comprising Engineers, a Scrum Master, a Product Owner, and an Experience Designer.
- Collaborate with, mentor, and advise team members to enhance productivity and effectiveness; share insights related to business and technology across the engineering and product organizations.
- Develop expertise to become a domain authority within the team.
- Take responsibility for the teams deliverables and supervise all efforts to ensure project completion.
