Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8 years of professional experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with an emphasis on team development and collaboration.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, React.js, and JavaScript/Typescript, along with SDLC processes.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience with data integration and HL7 standards is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively liaising with both technical and non-technical parties.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team, promoting teamwork and continuous enhancement.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional development and technical expertise.
- Create and manage project plans to guarantee the timely delivery of integration and faxing solutions.
- Encourage collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for workflow optimization.
- Operate within an agile development environment to design, implement, and maintain effective software solutions.
- Oversee the integration of existing systems with new features and processes.
- Participate in architectural discussions to influence the future direction of the integration platform.
- Engage in recruiting and nurturing talent to build effective teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on objectives and challenges.
- Contribute to enhancing software development practices and team processes.
- Interface with stakeholders and vendors to build and maintain productive relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to inspire innovation within the team.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer experiences through better integration solutions.
