Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a technical environment
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud-based architectures, and highly available systems
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, C++, Perl, Java, React.js, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Experience managing teams in an agile framework
- Proven history of developing project plans and coordinating extensive development efforts across various teams
- Strong reputation for nurturing engineers and enhancing team performance
- Collaborative mindset aimed at achieving optimal results for customers
- Ability to understand and address the development needs of the team, providing growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills capable of engaging with diverse audiences

- Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and implementation for the scrum team to align releases with organizational and product goals
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product architecture, dependencies, and technical issues to guide decision-making
- Develop your team by providing ongoing feedback and opportunities for professional growth
- Cultivate a culture of engineering excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Communicate the teams vision and strategy to ensure understanding of the overall direction and rationale behind decisions
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and User Experience Designer, as well as with other engineering teams, to enhance and expedite engineering efforts
- Assist Product Owners and Technical Project Managers in driving cross-functional initiatives to successful completion
