Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience as a network or systems administrator
- Proficient knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols

- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities
- Degree in computer science or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the networking platform
- Diagnose and resolve network and system issues
- Monitor the active network and server infrastructure
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Implement network security measures to avoid interruptions or breaches
- Perform sensitive data backup and recovery procedures
- Handle cabling, racking, and equipment installation
- Create documentation for technical procedures and user guides
Description

We value strong communication and ownership of outcomes, making sure our technicians are well-equipped to handle advanced troubleshooting and client support. You will be part of a dynamic team while also working independently to stay abreast of emerging technologies and IT trends. We offer competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, a referral program, and a retirement plan. Our work location is in person in Toombs County, GA.
