Requirements
Must:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance required
- Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of software engineering and product support
- Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing documentation across various stages of product development
- Familiar with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as-a-Service (IaaS), Software as-a-Service (SaaS), and Hardware-as-a-Service models
- Proven ability to coach diverse teams in identifying and resolving digital threats
- Experience in an agile, cloud-based DevSecOps environment
- Strong understanding of the acquisition lifecycle and defense acquisition management processes
- Familiarity with Integrated Product Support elements and Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA)
Responsibilities
- Lead the innovation and evolution of Cyber Operations products within an agile DevSecOps environment
- Analyze and maintain product support documentation and processes
- Coordinate product sustainment capabilities to ensure alignment with operational needs
- Facilitate data-informed decision-making and prioritization for product development
- Evaluate and adapt product development priorities in response to shifting threats
- Ensure organizational resilience through proactive collaboration and documentation
- Develop and interpret performance standards within short product planning lifecycles
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
